Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
Welcome to Gamnexis. We develop polished mobile games for Android devices. This Privacy Policy details our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you download and play our games.
1. Information Collection & Usage
We do not require you to register a personal account, nor do we directly harvest personal identification data such as your real name, address, or credit card numbers. Any in-game progression data is primarily stored locally on your device or linked to your Google Play Games account if enabled.
2. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our free-to-play mobile games utilize third-party advertising partners, notably Google AdMob. These ad networks may automatically collect and process certain non-identifying technical information to serve relevant ads, prevent ad fraud, and adhere to frequency capping:
- Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
- IP address (used to infer coarse geographic region/country).
- Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, and system language.
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and video completions).
To learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use their services, please review Google's Advertising Policies.
3. Analytics & Diagnostics
To diagnose crashes, improve frame-rate stability, and optimize level difficulty, we may analyze anonymous gameplay telemetry (such as crash stack traces and level completion stats) provided via Google Play Console diagnostics.
4. In-App Purchases & Payments
Any in-app purchase transactions are exclusively processed by Google Play In-App Billing services. Gamnexis never receives, stores, or processes your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
5. Children's Privacy
We respect the privacy of young players and adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as well as the Google Play Designed for Families policy. Where applicable, our games request age gating and configure AdMob to serve non-personalized, family-safe advertisements.
6. Your Privacy Rights & Controls
You have full control over your mobile advertising ID. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertisements anytime via your Android device settings under Settings > Google > Ads > Reset or Delete Advertising ID.
7. AdMob Developer Verification (app-ads.txt)
For digital advertising transparency and brand safety compliance, our official authorized digital seller records are publicly accessible at our root domain: app-ads.txt.
